OK if you haven’t noticed, we like eggs, we like hashbrowns, and we like muffin tins. These guys are great little birds in the nest. I would take the avocado and actually make either guacamole, or mousse, and serve this with a nice sourdough. Ladies and gents, brunch is Served.
