A Bird in the Nest is Worth Two Somewheres Else

OK if you haven't noticed, we like eggs, we like hashbrowns, and we like muffin tins.  These guys are great little birds in the nest. I would take the avocado and actually make either guacamole, or mousse, and serve this with a nice sourdough. Ladies and gents, brunch is Served.
