While not a true brunch staple, we have made this recipe several times. These little bites of the South are perfect as a starter, or a side for other fair. The comeback sauce is just that. it will make you come back for more.
Oh sure, you could just buy pimento cheese and some hushpuppy mix, but they won’t hold the same depth of flavor these guys do. I would pair this with a shrimp and grits, or a cheerwine BBQ chicken and a nice side salad. Big tall sweet tea and your Sunday brunch is a go.
