The day after St. Patricks day

Look we get it, you went full tilt boogie and did the Erin Go Bragh-thing all the way, but unless you fed an army, or have a family the size of the brady bunch, you probably have a big ole hunk of Corned beef brisket sitting in the fridge.

Well fellow traveler, let me tell you the best way to remedy that situation. Corned beef hash is a favorite around here, and it is so much better tasting, and better for you when you make it yourself instead of opening a can of human dog food.  Do yourself a favor and whip some of this up and top it off with a good ole fried egg save the salad for lunch.
