There was a time when the giant’s of industry rode cable-cars all around Manhattan changing the world and making great many things. Sadly on this day in 1957 the last cable car in New York was retired, and while time and technology stops for no one, it would be neat to kick back and think about riding around times square in a cable car. This drink is just the thing to make while imagining that ride. The Cable-car is a modern classic, spicy, sweet and a little sour, and is sophisticated enough for those Gotham night skylines while still being simple enough to be enjoyed in your own back yard.
