Sloppy Seconds…or Fourths

Thanksgiving, the halftime show of the festive season. We cook enough food for an army whether there’s an actual army or not. Few days later, left overs still abound, you may be looking for ways to zhuzh up that stuffing, potatoes and turkey.

Go beyond sandwiches with your leftovers! Have you considered turning those leftovers into EGG ROLLS?? Yeah, didn’t think so! Let’s get kooky…


  • Stuffing
  • Potatoes
  • Turkey
  • Anything else you want to throw in
  • Egg Roll wrappers
  • Water
  • Peanut Oil or Canola Oil

What to do with them:

  • Heat oil to 330
Turn wrapper on a diagonal & place filling towards lower corner
Fold lower corner up towards the middle
Fold side in towards middle
Repeat on other side to make an adorable edible envelope
Fold bottom of adorable edible envelope up once. Use a bit of water on the upper edge and fold over the roll to seal.
Repeat until you run out of wrappers or filling!
Drop in oil 3-4 at a time for approximately 3-5 minutes or until golden brown.
